Your User ID is a unique identifier associated with your account and may be required when contacting support for assistance with account, subscription, or technical issues.
To find your User ID, open the app and navigate to the Profile tab. From there, tap Settings, where you'll see your User ID displayed. Simply tap on it to copy the ID to your clipboard.
We recommend including your User ID whenever you contact support, as it helps our team locate your account and resolve issues more quickly.
