How do I cancel my subscription?

The steps to cancel your subscription depend on where your subscription was originally purchased.

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store

To cancel your subscription on Android:

  • Open the Google Play Store

  • Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner

  • Select Payments & subscriptions

  • Tap Subscriptions

  • Select the app

  • Tap Cancel subscription

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store

To cancel your subscription on an Apple device:

  • Open the Settings app on your device

  • Tap your Apple ID name at the top

  • Tap Subscriptions

  • Select the app

  • Tap Cancel Subscription​

If you subscribed through the web

If your subscription was purchased through the web version of Lean, you can manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your account at https://start.getlean.ai/login
