To start tracking your fasting schedule, open the Fasting tab and tap Edit Goal to choose the fasting plan that best fits your goals. Once you've selected your preferred fasting target, tap Start Fasting to begin your fasting session.
Your fasting plan remains flexible even after you've started. If your schedule changes, you can update your fasting goal or adjust the fasting start time at any point during the session. When you've completed your fast, simply tap Complete to end it. If needed, you can also modify the end time to ensure your fasting record accurately reflects your progress.
Lean keeps a detailed history of your fasting activity, allowing you to monitor consistency and track long-term progress. You can view past fasting sessions and review your achievements using the calendar displayed at the top of the Fasting screen.
