They may include meal plans, workout plans, nutrition guides, and other helpful materials tailored to your goals. The Infographics are delivered as PDF files to the email address associated with your subscription, allowing you to access them anytime and follow them at your own pace.
Please note that the Infographics add-on has its own pricing and renewal terms, separate from your Premium subscription.
